Ajoutez les \u00e9chalotes \u00e9minc\u00e9es et laissez cuire encore 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ajoutez le jambon : Coupez les tranches de jambon \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne en morceaux et incorporez-les au m\u00e9lange avec les poireaux cuits. M\u00e9langez bien pour r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment les ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/>\n et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Assemblez la flamiche : \u00c9talez une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans un moule \u00e0 tarte et piquez-la avec une fourchette. Versez la garniture de poireaux et jambon sur la p\u00e2te, puis recouvrez avec la deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. Soudez bien les bords et faites quelques petites incisions sur le dessus pour permettre \u00e0 la vapeur de s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cuisson : Enfournez la flamiche pour 40 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien dor\u00e9e.
